Free Local Delivery
Plano Heat and Air provides free delivery of HVAC equipment to residential addresses within our service area. All equipment is delivered directly to your property in coordination with your installation date or as a standalone delivery if purchased separately.

Our service area includes Plano, Allen, Richardson, Murphy, Wylie, Lucas, Parker, and surrounding Collin County communities.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Equipment ordered on weekends will begin processing the following business day. Some equipment may require additional lead time depending on availability from our authorized distributors. We will confirm your delivery timeline before scheduling.

Delivery Timing
Equipment is delivered directly to your property in coordination with your scheduled installation date. Delivery typically occurs within 1–5 business days of order confirmation. You will be contacted to confirm your delivery and installation date before any equipment is dispatched. For equipment-only purchases without installation, delivery will be scheduled separately.

Equipment Arrival & Inspection
When your equipment is delivered, please inspect all items upon arrival. Check for any visible damage, dents, or missing components. If any damage or shortage is found, please notify your installation team or contact us directly.

Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. In most cases, your installation team will identify and report any issues on-site and coordinate replacements directly through our operations team on your behalf.

What's Included
Equipment is delivered curbside or to a designated area at your property. If professional installation has been purchased, delivery will be coordinated with your install appointment and equipment will be placed by the install team.

No Parcel Shipping
HVAC systems are not shipped via parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All deliveries are handled locally by our team or coordinated delivery partners.

Delivery Area Restrictions
Plano Heat and Air currently delivers to addresses within the greater Plano and Collin County area. If you are located outside our standard service area, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
