• Ameristar A5AHC003A1B Air Handler: A budget-friendly, reliable multi-position convertible air handler built to Trane Technologies quality standards, sized from 1.5 to 5 tons for pairing with Ameristar condensers or heat pumps in closet, alcove, basement, crawlspace, or attic installations.
• BAYHTR Supplementary Electric Heat Kit BAYHTR1510BR Heat Kit: BAYHTR accessory heat kits are factory-engineered supplementary electric heaters that field-install into American Standard 5TEM/TEM-series air handlers, available in multiple kW stages (approximately 5-23 kW across this model range) at 208/240V to provide backup or auxiliary electric resistance heat alongside a heat pump.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation
