- Condenser Pad (Small) — 18x38x3 Proselect equip pad, sized for mini-split condenser
- 14/4 Communication Wire — 14/4 stranded THHN 600V, 50' roll, indoor-to-outdoor signal cable
- Condensate Pump — Ghost 100-250V mini condensate pump (orange), required when gravity drain isn't viable
- Whip (A/C Whip) — 1/2 x 6 #10 THHN whip NM, flex conduit from disconnect to outdoor unit
- Electrical Disconnect — 60A non-fusible pullout disconnect switch at outdoor unit
