What's Included:

• Goodman GLXS4BA3010 Condenser: Goodman GLXS4B single-stage air conditioner rated up to 15.2 SEER2, with an energy-efficient compressor, copper tube/enhanced aluminum-fin coil, and factory-installed filter drier.
• Goodman CAPTA3626B3 Evaporator Coil: Goodman CHPTA/CAPTA cased upflow/downflow/horizontal evaporator coil with internal TXV, all-aluminum construction, and an insulated, compact cabinet for space-limited installations.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation
