• Goodman AMST42CU1300 Air Handler: Goodman AMST energy-efficient, multi-position, multi-speed ECM air handler with a factory-installed TXV, all-aluminum evaporator coil, optimized for pairing with single-stage AC or heat-pump condensers.
• Goodman HKTSD15XB Heat Kit: Goodman HKTSD electric heat kit accessory for AMST-series air handlers, factory-assembled and tested with plug-in wiring harness, sequencer staging, and a fuse-link high-temperature limit control.

• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation
