• Goodman GLZT7CA6010 Heat Pump Condenser: Goodman GLZT7C two-stage heat pump delivering up to 17.5 SEER2 and 8.2 HSPF2, with a two-stage scroll compressor, R-32 refrigerant, and enhanced sound-dampening design for quiet operation.
• Goodman AMVT60DP1300 Air Handler: Goodman AMVT multi-position, variable-speed ECM air handler with an all-aluminum coil, ComfortBridge technology, and a factory-installed TXV, compatible with Goodman communicating heat pump and AC systems.
• Goodman HKTSD20DB Heat Kit: Goodman HKTSD electric heat kit accessory for AMST-series air handlers, factory-assembled and tested with plug-in wiring harness, sequencer staging, and a fuse-link high-temperature limit control.

• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation
