• ML17KC2 Condenser: The Lennox ML17KC2 is a high-efficiency, 17 SEER2, two-stage air conditioner condenser delivering consistent cooling, quieter operation, and improved humidity control. Its resilient cabinet and advanced compressor ensure reliable efficiency and energy savings.
• ML296UH Furnace: The Lennox ML296UH is a high-efficiency, 96% AFUE, two-stage gas furnace with a variable-speed blower motor. It provides quiet, precise heating and significant energy savings by adjusting heat output and airflow to your home's needs.
• CK40HT Evaporator Coil: The Lennox CK40HT is a high-efficiency, all-aluminum cased coil for horizontal use. Durable and corrosion-resistant, it pairs seamlessly with Lennox air conditioners and heat pumps for reliable, long-lasting performance.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation

• Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
• Installation of new equipment and all included parts
• Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
• Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing
• Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction
• Final inspection and job-site clean-up
• Performed by a licensed, insured HVAC contractor

Gas system Kit (Condenser & Coil + Furnace)

• Electrical & mounting disconnect, A/C whip, condenser pad
• Refrigerant line filter drier, locking caps, ArmaFlex insulation
• Gas line gas flex hose, gas pipe fittings (nipples, unions, shut-off, drip leg)
• Venting flue pipe & elbow set for furnace exhaust
• Drainage & PVC P-trap, full PVC fittings kit (couplings, elbows, tee, adapters)

Not Included

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the standard disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after mounting

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.
