The Lennox ML14KC1 offered by Plano Heat & Air is a high-efficiency air conditioning condenser built for reliable cooling and durability. It features a dependable scroll compressor and enhanced coil design for effective heat transfer and consistent comfort. The ML14KC1 has a heavy-gauge, galvanized steel cabinet with a corrosion-resistant finish to withstand harsh weather. Its energy-efficient and quiet operation makes it ideal for residential cooling.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation

Not Included

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the basic disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, exchange, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your property, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature. Paired with the Lennox CK40HT evaporator coil offered by Plano Heat & Air, this system improves cooling efficiency and humidity control. The CK40HT coil has durable copper tubing, high-efficiency aluminum fins, and a factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV) for precise refrigerant control, optimizing energy use and indoor comfort.
