• Lennox EL22KCV Condenser: The Lennox EL22KCV is a variable-capacity Elite Series air conditioner with up to 22.5 SEER2 efficiency, engineered for 2025-compliant R-454B refrigerant. A precision-balanced, sound-dampening fan keeps operation as quiet as 60 dB, while variable-capacity operation delivers precise temperature and humidity control.
• Lennox SLP99 Furnace: is a 99% AFUE modulating gas furnace - among the highest residential efficiency available - featuring a fully variable gas valve and variable-speed ECM blower for near-silent operation and industry-leading annual fuel savings.
• Lennox CK40CT Evaporator Coil: an all-aluminum cased evaporator coil with Quantum Coil technology for superior corrosion resistance, built for upflow/downflow (vertical) installations. Engineered as a precision match for Lennox Elite Series condensers and furnaces.

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the conventional disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any added work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty:

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.
