• Lennox EL22KCV Condenser: The Lennox EL22KCV is a variable-capacity Elite Series air conditioner with up to 22.5 SEER2 efficiency, engineered for 2025-compliant R-454B refrigerant. A precision-balanced, sound-dampening fan keeps operation as quiet as 60 dB, while variable-capacity operation delivers precise temperature and humidity control.
• Lennox SL280V Furnace: is an 80% AFUE, 2-stage gas furnace with a variable-speed ECM blower motor, delivering reliable, energy-efficient heating and consistent comfort. Two-stage operation reduces short-cycling and maintains even temperatures throughout your home.
• Lennox CK40HT Evaporator Coil: an all-aluminum cased evaporator coil with a factory-installed thermostatic expansion valve, built for horizontal installations. Engineered as a precision match for Lennox Elite Series condensers and furnaces.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation:

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the conventional disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any added work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty:

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.
