The Trane 5TWR40 Heat Pump offered by Plano Heat & Air delivers 24,000 BTUs (2 tons) of high-efficiency heating and cooling for residential use. Built with Trane s quality standards, this unit ensures reliable comfort and energy savings, engineered to perform in all seasons and endure tough outdoor conditions.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a perform setup.

Professional Installation:

• Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
• Installation of new equipment and all included parts
• Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
• Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing
• Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction
• Final inspection and job-site clean-up
• Performed by a licensed, insured HVAC contractor

• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (regular thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing supplementary is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty:

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of installation. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature.
