The Trane 5TTR40 offered by Plano Heat & Air is a high-efficiency air conditioning condenser built for reliable cooling and durability. Featuring Trane s advanced technology, it includes a high-performance scroll compressor and an all-aluminum Spine Fin coil for superior heat transfer and corrosion resistance. The 5TTR40 has a galvanized steel cabinet with a powder-coated finish to withstand harsh weather, ensuring energy-efficient operation for residential and light commercial use.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation

• Removal & haul-off of existing equipment

Not Included:

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the standard disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation

If any of the above are needed for your home, our technician will assess on-site and provide a written change-order quote before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged or performed without your written approval.

5-Year Labor Warranty

Labor is covered for 5 years from the date of mounting. If a covered defect related to our installation causes a failure, we return at no charge for diagnosis and labor. Parts replacements are handled under the OEM parts warranty (10 years when registered). Excludes maintenance, filter changes, customer-caused damage, and acts of nature. Paired with the Trane 5TXC evaporator coil, this system improves cooling and humidity control. The 5TXC coil offered by Plano Heat & Air is an all-aluminum coil designed for maximum heat exchange and better corrosion resistance than traditional copper/aluminum coils. It includes a factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV) for precise refrigerant control and consistent indoor comfort.

Together, the 5TTR40 condenser and 5TXC coil supply an energy-efficient, reliable cooling solution for a comfortable home environment.
