Built to withstand harsh weather conditions, the 5TTR40 includes a galvanized steel cabinet with a powder-coated finish for added durability, ensuring reliable operation and energy efficiency for residential and light commercial applications.

Paired with the Trane 5TXC evaporator coil, this system enhances cooling performance and humidity control. The 5TXC coil is an all-aluminum coil designed for maximum heat exchange while resisting corrosion better than traditional copper/aluminum designs. With a factory-installed thermal expansion valve (TXV), it provides precise refrigerant control for optimal efficiency and consistent indoor comfort.
